At CUNIN, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or outside business hours may require additional processing time.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Shipping Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, operational disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Any promotional free-shipping offers will be communicated separately and may be subject to minimum order value requirements.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared with you through the contact details provided at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

CUNIN is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Delivery Issues

If your package arrives damaged, appears tampered with, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at wtf@cunin.in with your order number and supporting photos/videos.

Delayed Deliveries

While we work with trusted logistics partners, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. CUNIN shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, regulatory actions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
